G. Kelly – B.A., M.A., J.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Kelly facilitates workshops on Business Ethics and Corporate Responsibilities, Negotiation Skills, and Handling Deadlocks. As advisor to foreign governments, he has worked with or for the Asian Development Bank, USAID, the IMF, TACI, the World Bank, UNDP, and German and French technical assistance to effect reforms in trade and investment, banking, finance, competition policy, bankruptcy and creditor rights, privatization, SME, development, and other areas reflecting the intersection of law and economic policy. As legal practitioner and executive, established and administered legal and compliance departments for two international financial institutions on Wall Street. He has extensive experience throughout the former Soviet Union, the Balkans, in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Lawrence Wasserman, Ph.D., MS, BS.

Dr. L. Wasserman has been working 20 years plus in international development. He has PhD from American University, Washington, D.C. – MPA in Public Administration (Development), American University; MS in Operations Research (Industrial Management and Economics), New York University; and BA in Mathematics (Statistics), City University of New York. He serves as an international management development consultant. Dr. Wasserman provides both technical and business program management support to achieve organizational and project operational performance. He has served as an international consultant to the United States Federal Government Agencies, International Agencies; The United Nations’ Agencies, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, USAID, and public and private sectors. He has worked in 15 countries in Asia and Africa. Dr. Wasserman facilitates “Current Issues, New Ideas, and Best practices in Development Management” at Hetta Institute for International Development.
