The Non-Government Organizations are emerging fast as economic and social development players especially in the developing countries. Financial resources, both from national and international donors and investors, have graciously been injected in NGO sector. It did registered good success in NGOs where the people at the helm of affairs had managerial skill and capacity. But many of may not have been successful in achieving the objectives and goals of their programs as per time and invested resources because of lack of management skill and professional staff.
